Eastern Kay County in northern Oklahoma... * Until 145 PM CDT. * At 1045 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from Ponca City northeast where an estimated one and half to two inches has fallen in the last hour in some areas. This will cause flooding of flood prone and low-lying areas in the advisory area. Additional storms with heavy rainfall will move into the area this morning. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ponca City, Kaw City, Kildare and Hardy.
